I got my mk watch battery replaced in less than 10 minutes. The guy that did it was very knowledgeable about watches and was very quick! Awesome job and very good price at $15. Compared to fix-fast jewelry upstairs where they were trying to charge me up to $60.

Went into the Perimeter Mall location with a watch that wouldn’t work, even after getting a new battery. The staff member at It’s About Time examined the watch, found that the battery holder wasn’t adjusted correctly, and fixed/cleaned my watch without charging me a cent. Very satisfied with the friendly and knowledgeable staff and service. Will definitely go back again!

GREAT spot to go!!!!! Just needed a simple battery replacement and ended up talking about watches with the beautiful employee helping me out! She was VERY knowledgeable about every watch and knew what she was talking about! Very good watch selection as well and btw don't waste your time going to the other jewelry repair at the entrance upstairs, go to Its About Time downstairs by Macys and it'll save you $60 for a watch battery! The guy upstairs wanted to say for 69.99 it would be a one time deal but for 89.99 I could get a free watch for the next 10yrs after that time.. lol!!! $20, great selection to browse while she changed my battery right there and she gave me great conversation while she guided me throughout the cases.

Excellent service! Brought my Rolex in for service and both gentlemen were attentive and helpful. But the man behind the curtain ( in the back doing the repairs) is the best. He does a thorough job. They don't sell Rolex but do service the brand. Thanks!

Nothing like driving 45 minutes to find they close at six but didn't bother to change it on the website. I found you on the Maps app on my iPhone which led me to Yelp, which had the same hours listed. Your rebuttal may be corrected now but it was not then. I spoke to some of your neighbors in the shopping center to see if they could recommend someplace local since I had driven from Gainesville and they said your shop was known to close early whenever it was slow or the employees wanted to leave. Your fellow merchants in the shopping center didn't have much positive to say about you.
