I was assited by Domenico, at the Perimeter Mall location. I took my watch in for a quote and got it back with missing pieces. I had to inform Domenico, the piece was missing, especially, given the fact he dropped it on the floor when I originally gave it to him to send ouf for a quote. He stated he put the piece in ththe envelope. However, when I got my watch back, the piece was missing. When I informed Domenico of this, he had a very nasty attitude. He lacked customer service and this is a horrible reflect on this company. He also told me, I would hear from a manger and a week later, no call. The most I ask is, to return my property to me, the way I gave it to you. I didn't give it to you with missing pieces.
It's service like this that gives companies a bad reputation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you're willing to settle for below par service and keep your fingers crossed with regards to getting your item back. Also, I was forced to give one star to this place. They don't even deserve half of a star.

After posting my previous review, I received an apology from the manager Shabanna (not sure If I'm spelling her name correct). She assured me, that she would take care of this situation and provide the service that I should have received in the beginning. She is a great example of an outstanding manager, who went above and beyond what most people would have done, in a bad situation as noted above. She kept her word and took very good care of me. Her level of service, has changed my view of this company. I would bring other items back to this company for repair. I want to thank her for outstanding service. Job well done!

GREAT spot to go!!!!! Just needed a simple battery replacement and ended up talking about watches with the beautiful employee helping me out! She was VERY knowledgeable about every watch and knew what she was talking about! Very good watch selection as well and btw don't waste your time going to the other jewelry repair at the entrance upstairs, go to Its About Time downstairs by Macys and it'll save you $60 for a watch battery! The guy upstairs wanted to say for 69.99 it would be a one time deal but for 89.99 I could get a free watch for the next 10yrs after that time.. lol!!! $20, great selection to browse while she changed my battery right there and she gave me great conversation while she guided me throughout the cases.

This place was such a life saver for me when I needed a new battery on my Michael Kors watch which isn't pricey by any means but I wear to work every day. I remember thinking "Why would anyone put a watch repair store in a shopping center and who's going to go there?" when this place was first built a couple of years back and I would jog by it.
Ha! Guess the joke's on me, because when I went in, there was a line of people waiting to have their watches repaired in one way or another. The gentleman who installed my new battery that Saturday afternoon was courteous and professional and got the job done in under 20 minutes with about four other customers there for $15.00. Hey-o! Now that is what I call *service*. It's About Time, you're alright!

James and the staff were so incredibly helpful. I brought in 2 Luminox watches and they were able to  get one running instantly and quickly replaces the crystal in the other.

This place was great. The bracelet on my Omega Speedmaster came apart and I was unable to find the parts to fix it myself (always keep the extra links!). They had the parts on hand and were able to fix it in less than 5 minutes at a super reasonable price. I think this is the main repair shop for their various stores around town. Otherwise I would have had to send the watch to Miami or Seattle, I'm sure for a lot more $$$.
